The Board is a column view of all your Workspaces - in the style of a Trello board. Each Workspace has its own column with Favourites, Tasks and Chats sections (with the „Favourites, then new messages” grouping a New messages section is added as well); items look exactly the same as in the List panel in the Calendar (colours indicate the due date status: red - overdue, blue - due today, green - on time).
You open it with the views icon (squares) in the top bar of the middle column - clicking it expands a menu with the choice of Calendar · Board · Notes. The same menu is in the header of each of these windows, so you can switch views without going back to the bar.
The window remembers its layout. If the window is docked next to the columns, then after switching to another view - or after closing and opening anything from this menu - the next window will also open docked. The same applies to full-screen layout. (On mobile, the window always opens in full mode, as minimising hides it there as a pill.)
What you can do
- Click a task or chat - the Board docks on the left (on a phone, it collapses into a floating button), and the thread opens next to it. The open item is highlighted.
- Drag a column by its header to the left or right to change the order of your Workspaces. Your layout is saved - the next time you open the Board, it will appear just as you left it. You can drag Mail columns in the same way, and they remain where you place them (previously, they returned to the end after the next refresh).
- Drag an item up or down to set your preferred display order (due dates do not change - this only affects the order on the Board). Dragging an item into the Favourites section adds it to your favourites, while dragging it out removes it. The order is saved; new items are added at the end according to the current sorting. To undo a change to the order, use the undo icon or
Ctrl+Z. - At the bottom of each column there are two icons: Task and Chat (they open the standard add windows with the Workspace already selected; these are the same icons as in the + menu in the top bar). Add events in the Calendar - it is available in the same view menu.

Filters and sorting
At the top you'll find the Show only and Sorting icons - with the same options as on the task list, but with Board-specific settings: a filter from the list doesn't change the Board, and a Board filter doesn't change the list or the Calendar. Board settings are saved separately for each account - when someone else logs in on the same computer, they'll see their own (or default) filters, not yours. Instead of the Mail item there's a Mail on the Board toggle (when you have access to Mail). Both menus start with a Reset row, which only clears the Board settings. Next to it: undo, the dark mode toggle (shared with the Calendar), docking and close.
- Archived shows only archived tasks and chats in the columns - the Board fetches them from the server the moment you select it (you'll briefly see „Loading…”). Unchecking it returns to the normal view without the archive. You can restore an item from its ⋮ menu (Restore from archive) - it then disappears from the archive view.
- Grouping (the first group in Sorting) sets the order of sections in each column. The Favourites section always comes first - it's also the place you drag an item to in order to add it to favourites - that's why the Board doesn't have a „Favourites first” option:
- Tasks first (default) - Favourites, Tasks, Chats,
- Chat first - Favourites, Chats, Tasks,
- Favourites, then new messages - Favourites, then the New messages section (tasks and chats with unread messages), then the remaining tasks and chats.
The second group (alphabetical, creation date, due date) sets the order within a section. In a column where you've set your own order by dragging, that order takes priority - sorting then only arranges new items (at the end of the section).
On a phone
Scroll horizontally through the columns. To change the order of your Workspaces, press and hold the column header, then drag it sideways. After opening a task, the back button returns you to the Board rather than the task list.
