How does sending emails with the AI Assistant work?
The AI Assistant drafts a message based on a task, thread or your brief instruction. You then review, edit and send it from the Mail module. AI never sends a message without your approval.
How does it work?

Select the task or thread the message relates to.

Describe the purpose: confirmation, a request for information or a due date update.

The Assistant drafts the message, which you can polish or rewrite in Expert mode.

Approve it and send it from the Shared Inbox.
