What is Activity History in Task Manager?
Activity History is a private log of your work in Task Manager: what was created, what changed, what you worked on and for how long. It helps you reconstruct your day and gives the AI Assistant context for your actions. It is not a tool for managers to monitor employees.
How does it work?
- 01
The software records your actions: Tasks created, Status changes and Messages sent.
- 02
Entries are arranged chronologically, with the time spent in each area.
- 03
Only the owner of the entries can view the history.
- 04
The AI Assistant uses it to understand what you are working on.
What do you gain?
Reconstruct your day: see what actually happened without writing a report.
Better context for AI: the AI Assistant knows what you are working on, so it can give more relevant answers.
A basis for client billing: see how long the work actually took.
An everyday example
A client questions the cost of revisions. You open your history and see that the issue came back four times over two weeks, allowing you to discuss the facts rather than rely on impressions.
