What is the three-column layout in Task Manager?
The three-column layout arranges the Task Manager screen like an email client: the list of Workspaces and inboxes is on the left, the list of tasks or messages is in the middle, and the open item with the full conversation is on the right. Anyone who can use an email inbox can use the app without training.
How does it work?

Left column: Workspaces, inboxes and folders - use it to switch context.

Middle column: a list of tasks, messages or files in the selected location.

Right column: the open item with its description, conversation, attachments and change history.

If someone gets lost, they can ask the AI Assistant in plain language: “where are my overdue tasks?”.
