What are Automations in Task Manager?
Automations is a Pro module where each rule has three steps: when something happens, if a condition is met, perform an action. AI can evaluate the condition (“is this a complaint?”), while the action can add a note, create a task, assign someone or save attachments to a folder.
How does it work?
- 01
Choose an event: an email arrives, a task is created or a status changes.
- 02
Set a condition - a standard filter or an AI evaluation written in natural language.
- 03
Choose an action: add a note, create a task, assign someone or save attachments.
- 04
The easiest way is to describe the rule to the AI Assistant in a simple sentence - it will put the rest together for you.
What do you gain?
Less manual work: repetitive activities disappear from the team’s task list.
Rules in plain language: describe the condition in a sentence, not a logical expression.
Nothing gets missed: each request reaches the task list instead of sitting in the inbox.
An everyday example
A submission comes in through the website form: company, name and email address. A rule checks whether it is a lead, creates a note with the company details and saves it in the “Leads” folder - before anyone has a chance to call back.
