What is the Board in Task Manager?

The Board is a view where Task Manager Workspaces appear side by side as columns containing tasks. Instead of opening each project in turn, you can see the status of every Workspace at once: what is overdue, what is waiting and where work is piling up.

How does it work?

  1. 01

Open the Board view - each Workspace gets its own column.

  2. 02

Tasks are arranged in columns, with colour-coded due dates and priorities.

  3. 03

Drag a task to move it to another Workspace or change its position.

  4. 04

Click a card to open the full task thread without leaving the Board.

What do you gain?

An overview in seconds: see the status of every project without clicking through tabs.

Early warning: red due dates are visible before the client calls.

Quick organisation: move tasks by dragging them instead of filling in a form.

An everyday example

A manager starts the day with the Board. In the “Klient Nord” column, they see two red due dates, open the thread and assign the task to someone who is in the office.
