What is the Calendar in Task Manager?

The Task Manager Calendar brings together everything with a date in one view: Tasks with Due dates, events, Reminders from the AI Assistant, scheduled messages and team absences. This means that when planning the week, you can immediately see the team's workload and who will be away on any given day.

How does it work?

  1. 01

A Task with a Due date appears in the Calendar automatically - there is no need to enter it again.

  2. 02

You can change a Due date by dragging the entry to another day or time.

  3. 03

Team leave and sick leave appear in the same view as work.

  4. 04

You can set up two-way synchronisation with Google Calendar, including several accounts at once.

What do you gain?

Realistic planning: you see workloads and absences before promising a deadline to a client.

No duplicated work: you set the Due date once, in the Task.

Stress-free Fridays: you know whether anyone will be in the office.

An everyday example

An account manager promises to deliver materials to a client on Thursday. The Calendar shows that the designer will be on leave, so they move the Due date to Wednesday straight away - instead of finding out on Thursday morning.
