What are Chats in Task Manager?
Chats in Task Manager are company conversations held in the same window as Tasks and Files. Each Workspace has its own Threads where the team can agree on details, share attachments and mention people. The full history stays on your server and does not disappear after a few months.
How does it work?

Start a Thread in a Workspace or talk directly alongside a Task.

Mention someone with @ - they receive a notification in the app and by email.

Add reactions, quote earlier Messages and upload Files directly to the Thread.

Export a Thread or an individual Message to PDF, Word, Excel, CSV or HTML.
What do you gain?
One place for all the context: decisions stay with the Task, not in a separate app.

An everyday example
The team agrees the scope of the revisions in a Chat. An hour later, someone asks what was finally decided - the AI Assistant summarises the Thread in a few points, and the decision is added to the Task description.

They are only visible to people with access to the relevant Workspace or Task.
Can I save a conversation as a document?
Yes - you can export a Thread to PDF, Word, Excel, CSV or HTML.
