What are Notes in Task Manager?
Notes are short documents created in Task Manager: meeting decisions, instructions, checklists and things to remember. You can keep them private or share them with the team in a Workspace, and they are stored in the same folders as your files - so everything relating to a project is in one place.
How does it work?
- 01
You create a note in a selected folder or directly within a project.
- 02
You format text and add lists, tables and screenshots.
- 03
You decide whether the note remains private or is visible to the entire Workspace.
- 04
You add the note to Company Knowledge so the AI Assistant can answer based on its content.
What do you gain?
One place for knowledge: instructions are not buried in emails or files on someone else’s desktop.
Context for AI: a note added to Company Knowledge becomes a source for the AI Assistant’s answers.
Organised projects: documents and notes are kept in the same folder.
An everyday example
After a client meeting, the account manager records the decisions in a note in the project folder and shares it with the team. A week later, no one has to reconstruct those decisions from memory.
