What is Search in Task Manager?
Task Manager Search looks through Tasks, Chats, Messages, Notes and Files across all Workspaces you can access. Instead of remembering which tool contains a decision, enter one word and get results from everywhere at once.
How does it work?

Enter a phrase in the field at the top of the screen.

Results are divided into sections: Tasks, conversations, Messages, Notes and Files.

Narrow the list using filters: Workspace, person, Status and date range.

You can also ask the AI Assistant a question in a normal sentence, for example, “show Marek's overdue Tasks from last week”.

Confidence that nothing gets lost: results also include attachments and archived conversations.
Filters instead of scrolling: narrow the list by person, Due date or Status.
An everyday example
A client asks about a decision made six months ago. Enter the company name and Search shows the Thread containing the decision and the attached contract file - so you can respond within a minute.
