How does a project team work in Task Manager?

The Board arranges all projects side by side as columns, while due-date colours show their status without you having to open anything: red means overdue, blue means due today and green means on track. Every Task has its own file folder, and decisions made in Chat remain on your server - they do not disappear after a few months.

How does it work?

  1. 01

Each project is a Workspace with Tasks, conversations and Files.

  2. 02

The Board shows projects in side-by-side columns.

  3. 03

A Task includes a brief, due date, assigned people, conversation and attachments.

  4. 04

Search checks Tasks, conversations, Notes and Files at the same time.

What do you gain?

An overview in seconds: see the status of every project without clicking through them.

Early warning: red due dates are visible before the client calls.

A complete history: decisions and Files stay with the project.

An everyday example

The manager starts the day with the Board. In one project column, they see two overdue Tasks, open the Thread and assign a Task to someone who is in the office.
