How does a public-sector organisation use Task Manager?

Task Manager is installed on the organisation’s infrastructure, so documents and correspondence remain wherever the organisation chooses to store them. The interface, documentation and Support are available in Polish, and the licence is a one-off purchase - with no subscription fees to budget for in each subsequent financial year.

How does it work?

  1. 01

The software is installed on the organisation’s server or with its chosen hosting provider.

  2. 02

Permissions reflect the organisational structure: departments, units and project teams.

  3. 03

The licence covers a specified number of users; prices in the Pricing section are excl. VAT.

  4. 04

Using the AI Assistant is a separate decision - the software also works without it.

What do you gain?

Predictable costs: a one-off purchase instead of an annual budget item.

Control over your data: you know exactly where your documents are physically stored.

A Polish interface: no need to explain translated terminology to employees.

An everyday example

A department manages cases as Tasks with statutory deadlines. The Calendar shows what is due that week and who is on leave, so cases can be assigned based on actual staff availability.
