How do Automations work in Task Manager?
An automation is a three-step rule: when something happens, if a condition is met, perform an action. In Task Manager, the condition can be evaluated by AI, and the easiest way to create the entire rule is to describe it to the Assistant in a simple sentence - it will put the rest together for you. This module is included in the Pro plan.
How does it work?
- 01
You tell the Assistant what should happen: “when a lead comes in, create a note and save it in the Leads folder”.
- 02
The Assistant turns this into a rule: event, condition, action.
- 03
The condition can be a simple filter or a question evaluated by AI.
- 04
The rule runs in the background, and you can see its actions in the history.
What do you gain?
Less manual sorting: enquiries go where they should.
No-code rules: describe them in the same language you use with your team.
Consistency: the process stays the same regardless of who is working.
An everyday example
An enquiry comes in through the website form with the company name, contact name and email address. The rule checks whether it is a lead, creates a note with the company and contact details, and saves it in the “Leads” folder - before anyone has time to call back.
