What is the problem with long threads?
A client conversation grows into dozens of messages with quotes within quotes, while the key decision is buried somewhere in the middle. In Task Manager's Mail module, you can keep the original, polish the content, summarise the thread or enable Expert mode, which rewrites the message in a professional style and adds AI commentary below each message.
